Gobble gobble

This is why I'm posting so much, is that I'm about 3 months behind in posts. So here is Thanksgiving. We had some people over at max anger's place, and it was a pretty uneventful, low key affair. Though we did have waaaay too much food, but that's the point of Thanksgiving, right? Mrs. KTL made turkey, dressing, sweet potato casserole, and something else that I can't think of right now. I made mac and cheese and chicken and dumplings (which I'm good at but was a disaster bc I tried a slightly new recipe). Wes brought this amazing almond champagne that you mixed with some port. Whatever it was, it was one of the best cocktails I've ever had. Max Anger made seafood paella and pies. Activated Charcoal made mashed potatoes and homemade gravy. Annie Duke made some bacon wrapped asparagus and water crest, which were lifesavers because we started the food process so late. So here are the pics. Enjoy:

I love the aftermath pics....but no mention of my dessert. Never again will you be blessed by my crazy fruity recipes!
